A 40 minute brisk walk, I would've done about 2 miles. (Got brisker every time the weather looked as though it might change!)

Anyhoo, yesterday I did a 30 minute walk!

As it happens, I've just come back from my lunchtime walk (and am tucking into a nice baked potato ), and walked part of the way to work this morning, so today you can put me down for....

1 hour 20 minutes brisk walking

Today I won't be going out, cuz a) it's raining..constantly, and b) my legs are sore (medical rather than exercising reasons!), and though those reasons are perfectly valid, they still sound like excuses to me! Hey ho, I'll spend the evening with me legs above me head and they'll be right as rain (no pun intended) tomorrow.

Won't be able to give you weekend report till Monday, but there's lots planned! And if it's still raining, I'll go flippin swimming!

Righty ho, on Saturday we did 1 hour cycling, which was very nice as I haven't been on a bike for years!

Sunday was rained off. Serious rain, all day

Today the BBC says it'll rain, but it's holding off so far... I'll keep you posted

Finding time isn't too much of a problem. Instead of sitting on my @rse surfing the 'net at lunchtime, I'm going out walking. Also, I'm looking into the local Ramblers club - if we're part of a proper organised walk, we're less likely to flake out of it! Definitely enjoying getting the fresh air... and I've got a tan line where my watch is! Usually unheard of in May!

(Hadn't planned to but got stranded at work with no money so had to walk to nearest shop, then to nearest bus stop... still, a bit of exercise! )
