Monday May 12, 2003:
25 minutes walking (faster this time, but without the weight .)
I didn't exercise until 9 PM. And I probably wouldn't have done it, but I didn't want to be called a lazy bum by you guys! Thanks!

Sorry, I was a slacker on Thursday May 15th
Friday May 16th 35 minutes of walkng
My parents are coming into town for a visit, so I may not get online for the next two weeks. I will still be taking the daily activity challenge while they are here. SO I won't forget about you guys, I just may not be able to login very often. I will try though. But I will DEFINITELY be back after they leave.

Hi Blaue,
Was just about to call you a lazy bum!!! Until I read your reason for not posting. Dr MO's idea is a good one, to keep track in a notebook - he can maybe post 'away-will post upon return' for you (so people don't think you are just slacking off! ) - which I think is also important for the general energy and motivation of the group.
Meanwhile, keep up the good work!

Hello DoctorMO! I wanted to say thank you for hosting this site. You guys really are keeping my motivation up. I do feel better and happier and less short-tempered with my kids. After I get good and into to the exercise habit, I will start working on my love of sweet things habit. I'm a sucker for cookies and the like. I could easily pass up Belgian chocolate for a properly made brownie. Mmmmm. One thing at a time, for now I'm cutting out eating after dinner.
Wednesday May 21: 25 minutes walking (3 hours scrubbing the wallpaper glue with all my might. (my arms/neck/shoulders are still killing me... you don't really have to put that one up, it's mostly for me.))
Thursday May 22: 30 minutes cardio, 30 minutes weight, 25 minute walk YAY!

Hi! My company left yesterday, so I'll be back with a little more regularity now.
Monday May 26: I was sick this day, but I did walk for 15 minutes!!!!
Tuesday May 27: bike 25 minutes
Wednesday May 28: walk 25 minutes
Thursday May 29: walk 20 minutes
Friday May 30: none
Saturday May 31: none
Sunday June 1: none
Monday June 2: jog/walk for 30 minutes
I know it seemed I was a slacker for a few of those days, but I did do quite a bit of yard and house work with my parents while they were here. So it wasn't like I was sitting on my butt watching TV.

Wesnesday June 4: NONE
Thursaday June 5: NONE
Friday June 6: 30 minutes jogging with an interlude of pushups & arm dips in the middle
OK, so Wednesday and Thursday were sadly not filled with any exercise, but both of my children (ages 3 and 8 months) have been sick and have not been sleeping. So for the past three nights I've only had about a total of 10 hours of sleep. This coupled with not exercising (and a little pms, sorry) have made me very grumpy! I've been up since 3:30AM (I don't know why I couldn't fall asleep!) So i went online around 5 and saw you guys and all your hard work and figured that I could go jogging right now. So I did! Yay! I thought I wouldn't get anything in today because I have a few appointments at inopportune times today. Thanks!
ps I was going to comment that DoctorMO wrote Tuesday for Thursday's activites, but then I realized I mistyped both Wednesday and Thursday in this post!!!!!!! So I have no room to talk.
