Generally. I would think of rowing and then I would think of cheesecake and opt to eat instead of exercise

Rowed for 30 minutes. I'm getting more strokes/"miles" in each time I do it too. And I don't need to stop as often either.

You certainly do!
I'm thinking that 30 minute sessions on the rowing machine might be better for me. When I get home from work, I usually just want to make dinner, read and generally lump out. Taking a full hour to exercise really knocks a chunck out of my dinner-prep time, but the 30 minutes didn't seem so bad.

Isn't the english lanuage great, that could either mean, In December I did between 12 and 45 minutes rowing or December 12th I did 45 minutes rowing! *giggle*

Gained weight. Have done NOTHING but eat for what feels like WEEKS! But I, um, walked around the mall for a couple of hours today

I shall be cycling tomorow, and the next day (to work) just to jeer at christmas and show how I'm still fit.
