DoctorMO challenged me to walk 30 minutes today (thanks sweetie smiley - smooch) but I did a bit better and did a 45 minute brisk walk after work. Even worked up a bit of a sweat and everything.

Oh my dogs are barking! (jeeze, what am I, 70? who says that anymore?)
70 minutes brisk-paced walking followed by 15 minutes medium-paced walking. Followed by hot shower. And wine. And pasta.

Thanks! I did nothing yesterday so I plan to take a two hour walk later today. Not as brisk a pace as the last one though. I started to get a stitch in my side toward the end of that.

Yet again, I've been a slacker. But I did get a rowing machine on indefinate loan from a friend, so maybe that will help

Sept 23 - nothing
Sept 24 - nothing
Sept 25 - nothing
Sept 26 - 20 minute walk
Sept 27 - 180 min cleaning (believe me, that was exercisesmiley - winkeye)
Sept 28 - nothing
Sept 29 - 15 minutes rowing
Sept 30 - nothing
Oct 01 - 60 minutes rowing

When I did the rowing on Monday, 15 minutes was all I could do. Today I decided I was going to do 30 minutes if it killed me, but when I got to that point, I felt like I could keep going. So I did and it felt great.
Oh, and I've lost a bit over 5 lbs so far!

DoctorMO will be arriving in Boston tomorrow to visit me! I'll make him do my killer walk so he can log something too
