dycekhreghancé
(rembering that the traditional way to spell "hiccup" is "hiccough", which I've also seen used in a remarkably original spelling of "potato")
The first person to write a totally incorrectly spelled sentence wins a smiley...

"Gh" stands for P as in "hiccough"; "ough" stands for O as in "dough";
"phth" is T, as in "phthisis" (thiz wun's a bitte ov a fudje, sinss phthisis ain't reelly pronaunced with a "t" sound); "eigh" as in "neighbour"; "tte" as in "gazette" and finally "eau" as in "plateau".
Veri ahteephichul, butte that's besyde thav poynt
To get here, I followed a link to another thread that someone carelessly left lying around. I had a quick snoop round... and fifty posts later here I am. Hmm.
