I'm not actualy sure what your job requires... plugging the society basicly! Do you have any ideas for rooms we could add on the opposite wall? (basicly the place is structured with a huge main hall with pillars down each side and on the right and left walls are doors to other places, offices on the right, other things on the left. This means in a 3d drawing, your office is conveniantly just across the main chamber from the Bar SirDD has set up. I'm going to get a library where there are links to all the information on time and time travel in h2g2, but that's taking time as I want to do it properly, but we still have many unused rooms to fill, so any suggesitons would be greatly appreciated. Need more people to fill the higher posts too, not so much too many cheifs and not enough indians as not enough cheifs or indians! Well, it's only newly set up.

Well, the term "Chairman" is not used in multiple in the society. Otherwise I'd have to invent some sort of name above that for myself such as grand high lord supreme chairman, which is a bit of a mouthful and ever so slightly pretentiouse. However, if you can think of a better way of phrasing your title I'd be glad to add it to your name in the society (you're officialy a "Traveller" now). Also you may be interested in the positions vacant at present: Winder of the Clocks (an important position in the society) and Assistant Vice Chairman (You'd have to apply to Deus Ex Machina the Vice Chairman for that role). If you make yourself a study, or wish to make a specific room for the society, providing it's acceptable, I'd be happy to link to it from the main chamber. Anyhow, glad to have you on board!

By some strange quirk of fate I have arrived here (mostly because you're Chairman recently joined one of my groups).

And to get to the point, I would like to become you're official clock winder .

I have plenty of experience (I went back in time and a got a couple of months worth of practice just in case) of this job and believe I would be just the man for the job. I've forgotten my CV, but don't worry you should find it on your desk now, as once I've left I'll come back in time and leave it there... just as long as my memory keeps up . I have made promises like this before, and for one reason and another it doesn't work out

C'est la vie.

Anyway. What do you think? Am I in?

I should like some going clockwise, some going anti-clockwise, some with the two hands going opposite directions and some not going but appearing to be going and some appearing ot be going but not going, some too fast, some too slow. In theory there is a clock here for every possible time, so you have your work cut out for you. You might also have noticed I've added you on the members list.
