k..I dont know if this is just the TV series, but if its not..
In the book, better than life, Rimmers wife had a certain body part insured. Who was she, what was insured, and how much for?
I know that's three questions, but this is a slow thread..

No that was his second wife. His first wife was named Juanita and had her breasts insured for some insane amount.
And after cheating by looking in the book, that insanse amount is... ten million. Each.

Okay, a simple one; Why didn't the boys simply activate the defensive shields on Starbug when being attacked by what turned out to be the holoship?
The Red Dwarf Quiz
Cloud - Altocumulus on Thursdays Posted Jan 29, 2006
Because they didn't have any defensive shields?

"A superlative suggestion, sir, with just two minor flaws. One,
we don't have any defensive shields, and two, we don't have any
defensive shields. Now I realise that, technically speaking, that's
only one flaw but I thought it was such a big one it was worth
mentioning twice."

Ah right... well given that its not in the episode or the DVD documentaries, a little research has been required, but : The Tatton Park Estate ?
