It's Monday and time to work hard

And always eat a lot of lard

But too much sweet food,

makes you churlish and rude

And you'll never become a bard

It's hard to rhymme on a Monday

But easy to rhymme on a Sunday

Fridays are right out

Tuesday's make me pout

I never could get the hang of Thursdat.

We all speak French in our dreams

While eating increadible creams

Tiger cream is the best

but it drips on your vest

(Thursdat should have read "Thursday", btw - I never could get the hang of that! )

While it gives forth outrageous screams

When the French turns into Spanish

The tigers and creams will all vanish

Instead we have beans

and threshing machines

And any good taste we will banish
