Is SN on a bungee? He pokes his head around the door and then disappears faster than you can say roadkill.
Have you had many terrapins to deal with then, Munchkin?

Now there is an idea. Attach a bungee to your HedgeHog, and he can't possible get lost off the end of the alley.
As to terrapins, please don't remind me. I get terrible flash-Terrys in the toilet!, Terrys in the toilet!-backs. Suffice to say, as long as no-one starts diging up the sewers and disturbing them the city should be safe.

SPINY (aka Ship's Cook) Posted Sep 30, 1999
Hi everyone (Briefly). Sorry about the sporadicity, but I keep being forced by my evil employer to use the computer to make money for them. Why, I oughta...
Well the sponsorship negotiations have been going well. Looks like we might get those lizards who failed the Budweiser audition on board, although only if we keep quiet about the terrapins. If they sense they could be terrapin bowling instead, we'll lose them for good. And before I go, a Public Service announcement: please note that in future correspondence, I will be known as "SPINY", as someone else has appeared who wishes to be known as "Spiny Norman". I've graciously allowed them to keep the full name, since my school and university nickname was always just SPINY anyway. So there.

Definitely. We'll make a team. Youstand with your back to the alley and I'll toss a little hh into the air. When I say kick you give a hefty yeeha with your hind flippers and see how far we can get the little critters - except Hermione of course because I'm her godfather.

Steady on! It's getting a bit violent here isn't it? Using a thoroughbred race horse to KICK a hedgehog down a bubble wrap alley? What, are you CRAZY? And kindly explain how you got to be a godfather (or should that be Godfather...? Sorry, I meant no disrespect)

oh it is ok - racing plates are smaller and lighter then ordinary horse shoes - it won't hurt at all! Promise

*shielding eyes from the sun in a pointless way since everyone is indoors* That's quite a kick, Ms L! Can someone measure that?

Why do you think I have this red ribbon in my tail - kicking is one of the things I do best. I train with Jonny Wilkinson you know - now he is a total Fox!!!!!!!

That's odd, foxes are normally called Reynard. Or Freddie. We seem to be having a problem with people turning into animals on this forum.

Ah - one of those humans, is he?

Right then. We need to recruit a runner if the hedgehogs are going as far as that. Or perhaps a safety net?
Anyway I can't see the judges standing up with their score cards. I think that should have been a 5.9 if not a perfect 6.
EV what have you got on the cards in your hands. I need to know.

Was Maisie a judge? She seems quite pleased with something... was it me? Shall I count that as a 6 then?
