We, here at IPR, YFITA, are pleased to announce the formation of our new sound lab.
Appparently there was some problem with the old one... It was haunted or something. (WAS NOT!)
The workmen who were clearing the old equipment out of the lab area, the former coat room, back when anyone wore a coat worth, um, storing... (STILL SMELLS LIKE THEM, TOO!)
kept hearing noises, even when the machinery was unplugged and discharged... (OLD SOUND EQUIPMENT NEVER DIES! IT KEEPS REVERBERATING ALONG IN REPEATS!)
until someone had enough sense to degauss the entire building, as it is made mostly of ferrous concrete. (AHAHAHAH....HURNH? What's this? URK.)
We hope that this has cured our recurring problem with echoes and other special effects anomalies
