GPS and Golfing: Two technologies mated for life... but, whose?

It ain't what you need, it is when you need it, that matters, the most, to the mouse that lives in the corner post box... Roydedoydedee!
Heehee!
Modern technology has it's place. My friend Irving says, just to the left of his aunt's house on Flume St. Y'know, across from the Flemish Baker with the battered Zil saloon?
Much of it has to do with people much richer than we be and more concerned with areas of speed and leisure than you or I could ever possibly be interested in.
It's hard enough to look busy on the job, as it is, without some bozo popping in with some fragile new energy-saving or labour-shaving device.
I like a good old-fashioned straight razor meself, look proper wicked in the mornings, I do, with a blade to someone's throat...
I was going to do a funny entry on this until I did a bit of Googling and found out that it is a very serious and lucrative business, the relationship between these two technologies.
That, my friend, is not funny.
It is absolutely frightening.
