Oh but I do watch Foamy the Squirrel. And I laugh. Out loud. And scare people around me.

Lol! Yes! Did you know that the Ranters' Guild also is full of Foamy fans? You could also be an honorable member. That place has been pretty slow lately.

Ranting is more of a hobby whenever I see people and can't think of anything erudite to say.

I don't know why I'm laughing.
EC, to answer an earlier question, the campaign's going alright. I have no idea how it'll turn out, and Hyp doesn't either
Malcolm, are you sure you can't be persuaded to vote for Hypatia? Our campaign is, in its own way, a bit evil. For instance, we plan to tax the

I know that you know that I'm online. But I'm but a simple propagandist in this. You need to take up your bribery concerns with Jodan.

What's the old saying? Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak and remove all doubt. Something like that.
Full-fledged rants can be quite erudite. Depending upon the ranter and the subject, of course. Or they can be gibberish. Some people look for things to rant about. And sometimes you just get so fed up with things that a rant comes out no matter how much you try to suppress it.
Working with the public tends to bring out rants. Everyone things working in a library is so quiet and peaceful. Ha! Every nutter in the county finds us.

And then there are the internet users in the library...? I've heard rants about this one myself from all the librarians I know.
