This is a sincere apology from someone who has been a complete cow for a few days

I'm sorry for upsetting any of you with my bi*tchy comments, snide remarks and downright rudeness both on H2 and on IM, the reason for this is I'm coming off the anti depressants and it's been hell (this is my own choosing, I don't want to be dependant on them), it's no excuse for the way I've been behaving and once again I'm sorry for the way I've been behaving recently, so I ask you all to bare with me while I get through this and please ignore the nastier comment's that I may post, it's nothing personal, I'll get through this in the end and I'll be back to my normal (?) self quiet soon.

Thanks for the support guy's, I'm not out of the woods yet and I'm having a go with the natural remedies, I realised after I wrote the entry I've been on them for a year now, the doc said I was only supposed to be on them for 6 months, I saw a Panorama programme about 18 months ago, there is a warehouse in Nottingham, that is crammed floor to ceiling with repeat perscription for anti depressants because doctors can't be bothered to find the cause of depression and send people to Psycothreapy, it's easier to fill out and keep filling prescriptionsand despite what drug companies say,some AD's are addictive

they had a friend of mine on different anti-depressents for half a year. It took putting him on several different ones and all of them making him feel worse before they decided that he was actually better off without them. He's doing much better now, although he did go through a couple weeks much like what you are experiancing. As long as you have will, you can conquer. And I /KNOW/ you have will Reefgirl.

Update - I'm using Natracalm to counteract the effects of coming off the Anti Depressants and you will be pleased to know it seems to be working
