uni is 2 miles from the ahll or there abouts. and my flor in the library is up 5 flights of stairs. - so I'm trying to figure those numbers into my limited work out...

Personally, I'm on the infallible Poverty Diet.
Ensure you're so poor you can barely afford food (apart from cheapo pasta, fruit & veg) then hey presto! Lose pounds by not spending any!
