Good to have you onboard, so to speak. I'm popping in as one of the assistant community editors here, aka <./>aces</.>. We greet newbies such as yourself and help you get nicely settled. Providing a brief introduction was terrific - so many don't bother to supply one. Next to familiarize yourself with things, review my colleague Feisor's Hints and Links at A719840. You'll find obvious features such as the assortment of <./>smileys</.> and our newspaper <./>thepost</.>.
However The h2g2 Post's Links Page(further down the list)will reveal numerous other points of interest. Two fine examples being the Regional Researchers' Groups at A660313 and the Researchers' Map at A5076614. Among other things you'll also discover the Handedness Registry at A1111870, the Random Quotes Guild at A907382 and the h2g2 worms Club at A745544. Something else you might be interested in is the photo album started by a researcher, the details can be found at A20917604.
Should you have any questions though feel free to leave me a message. Simply use the 'Reply' button and I'll try to respondd promptly, alright.

Hi ace, thanks for the welcome and sorry I'm late. Probably had trouble finding my way back. I'm a sad case, I know.

Hi ace, just noticed the "your messages" thingy, so at least I can find myself now. Maybe it read "your conversations".
