Someone got murdered in my local pub yesterday (The Golden Cross - ex. Florence and Firkin - Harborne Lane) yesterday.
That's two murders since it reopened as an Arena pub
Hmmm, it *is* getting rough in there but this is a little ridiculous.

Yeah, I heard about that...was it a hit and run, or something? What really worries me though, is the levels of Gun Crime in Brum. They make the guns and then export them but obviously some stay in the city.

wow, im mentioned on the second post here! its taken me a while 2 find this place but im here now! 
ive just about read thru all the backlog (including the yam yam posts!)
by the way, post codes & telefone area codes arent the same. I got a few friends in Tamworth (which we can all agree aint brum, esp as tis in staffs not w mids), there they have B** post codes but 01827 fone codes.
lots of peeps seem 2 live in 'arbourne tho (im including brum uni there master B). poor them
