It is one of the best smileys... BUS... Birmingham.. uh... Users... Society? It was worth a try, anyway.
Hello fellow Brummie
Z Posted Nov 16, 2002
That's what I thought, and also the ones on the Bristol and Pershore roads always come in threes so we need three..

But really they would need to be a nice blue and grim colour to be proper birmingham buses wouldn't they?

Vip Posted Nov 17, 2002
Do I get to be in the club even though I'm only here as a student? I don't know if it counts. I'm already part of the Wessex researchers' group.
Hello fellow Brummie
Z Posted Nov 18, 2002
oooh I think so I'm hear as a student too and I seem to be in the club! How's this studying lark going btw?
Hello fellow Brummie
Vip Posted Nov 19, 2002
Study... huh? What?
It's alright. My course isn't that heavy, though I do do a lot outside it. I have got to harmonise and entire Bach chorale by eleven this morning though. No wonder I'm on h2g2...

I'dhave thought so- our founder currently lives in France!
Or have I got that mind-bogglingly wrong?
Hello fellow Brummie
Z Posted Nov 21, 2002
I'm pretty sure anyone with even the most tenous connection to Birmingham can join, in fact I think we should accept researchers from birmingham Alabama!

vogonpoet (AViators at A13264670) Posted Nov 21, 2002
Well I seem to be a member , and I dont even have a tenuous connection to Birmingham - I can get there in less than 2 hours
Hello fellow Brummie
Z Posted Nov 21, 2002
Oooh VIP, I'd love to try plain but in preferences it only has goo, burnel and alabaster, so how do I do it? if you wouldn't mind telling me.
