So what has your week-end been? I woke with a bit of a throat Saturday, but today is absolutely raw and ragged.

It's been a fairly quiet weekend, I watched some TV finished knitting a tea cosy (Don't ask) took Alex out for dinner on friday and the three of us are on a jigsaw of the British Isles, boy we know how to party

I have a roaring fire going, sipping brandy and staying quiet and warm.

Ummmm, please drop me a mail? I've not heard mention of your sister since a trial visit to a hospice, a lonnnnng time ago.

There's nothing to say about my sister, it was just respite care we were looking into nothing more.

I've been taking it easy for a week or so, I'm actually managing to fit everything I've got to do in less hours

With a lot of things, you sometimes just have to realize that pushing yourself too hard doesn't help things. You do what you can, as you can.

I'm not pushing myself too hard, it's just I've got so many things lined up that are vieing for position for that piece of time I put aside for hobbies and projects, it's prioritizing them that's exhusting

An easy mistake, in my opinion. There are, in fact, a few very annoying persons in that thread.

Yeah, everyone's entitled to their opinion as long as they don't ram it done other peoples throats

Some tend to build a pulpit, climb onto it, and heave poundage of their opinion on everyone else. That does get annoying, given enough samples of it.
