Today was another such day. Even trying to briefly escape stuff by looking here, I see the system still has problems. Not enough to stop a bit of a gnat from flitting to a lot of unusual corners though.

I hadn't noticed to be honest, but then I don't spend all day surfing h2g2, unlike some I have a life

There does seem to be a new wave of interest here though, ... some TV thing called 'Raven'. At almost any time, they occupy much of the INFO page, even displacing some that have been called the 'Giggling Gerties'. I quite liked that term.

Raven http://www.bbc.co.uk/cbbc/raven/ is a fantasy/RPG/Quest show for children, it's got a huge following among kids Alex used to watch it, it just seemed to tap into that 'Knights of the Round Table' thing kids love

It looks to be fun for the children. Well, the ones who ARE young the first time, not those who try to be childish, well into their middle and old age.

I think it hit the mark perfectly, it's unique and I think that's what made it appealing

"Reality TV", with challenges and eliminations, seems to be quite popular in the adult world. I can see Raven as bringing the game to childrens level, kind of making them feel properly included in the fad. That has to be a good thing in my books.

I see. Well, so long as it entertains and gets the minds to working somehow.

I have seen the entry, but shy of seeing the program, it means little to me. As do so many entries that are sort of region-specific.
