And how IS that going? I only glanced at one of them, last week, and it seemed to be pretty positive and helpful. I have seen some very vile and nasty criticisms fly through that process though.

Well please remind me to browse these articles some evening. When I have a consistent net-connection, and some quiet time. I've known bits of Baden-Powell from when a kid sister was a Brownie. I'm thinking around 1972. So it's all pretty rusty to me.

My favourite song of all time might very well be "American Pie". Perhaps from being conceived about the date that song is all about.

What, run or research? smiley - laugh

So I'll spell it out ... Extremely early on the morning of St Valentine's Day, 1959, a privately chartered plane crashed. Taking Buddy Holly, Ritchie Valens and the Big Bopper to their maker. Hence the day the music died ...

I was born in October of '59 ...

Well, you are rather pre-occupied as to which queue you need to be in ...

As I age, I'm getting a bit soft in the middle, so that may be one line. As a smoker, well, that may be another. But if I prefer a burger when I get to the "Hell of a Party of All Time" ...

Oh I am so confused. smiley - doh

A little natural padding is always a nice thing, for either gender. Though I do shudder a bit at some of the extremities of size I see on the street.

As to that final damnation, I'm getting even more confused now. I was raised Roman Catholic and even an altar boy. Since, with questions of my own, I've read some or all of the Old Testament, the New, the Qu'ran, the Talmud, Egyptian and Tibetan Books of the Dead, and many other general texts ... And I was first married in an Anglican church, and then a RC. So which line DO I fall into? smiley - headhurts

You mean indecision is also one of the 7 deadly sins? God help our politicians then. PLEASE !!! I don't want to spend eternity with any of them.

My philosphy is fairly simple. I do not know the ultimate answer, or even if there IS one. A faith, a religion, the sciences, or some blend of them all. So I muddle along, trying to keep an open mind in all directions. And try to not get too angry at people on any side of the maze of fences with their proselytizing (sp?) Life's too bloody short.

And while pondering it all, I enjoy a damned good feast, a mellow brandy, and appreciate a delightful lady-form if one passes by. So smite me if thou must !!! smiley - laugh

Of course it is. Let there be no doubt of that. But the truly inquisitive mind also wants to know the question. Or exactly which Burger King is it that Elvis frequents. All of the most important things, ya know?

Around hootoo, I've learned to passively accept that people can become mean, hurtful, and then loving and caring the next minute. But the one aspect that still gets me riled up is the science vs religion debates. Both sides prove to be equally rabid, and unwilling to accept that another has a right to an opinion. Hmmmmm.

But enough of the boring old stuff, have you recently been attacked by a load of smiley - ticklesmiley - ticklesmiley - ticklesmiley - ticklesmiley - ticklesmiley - tickle? They do appear out of nowhere around here sometimes. smiley - evilgrin

I've just browsed the first 3 pages of your Peer Review, and have a single question. Are you yet wishing you were born an octopus? So that your could be properly, and much more easily, pulled in nearly every direction? smiley - wow have you the patience and tolerance there ... smiley - smiley
