Both our Mina, Peta and Abi are mentioned in a thread about this over on Facebook. I believe both Peta and Abi and some other hootooers and/or former hootooers joined the discussion as well

what's facebook ? another utterly COMMON chat site, nothing more. Just to get more advertising to the masses

What's Facebook?

Marketing in the guise of ego-masturbation. Nothing more.

Oh Facebook isn't that bad! There's far less advertising there than there is on h2g2, and it does allow photos.

But it's a site without a past. It can be very difficult to find out what someone posted yesterday, as it is buried beneath today's conversations. And you really can't have a meaningful discussion that lasts more than about 10 posts.

Facebook is a confusing site. Full of gossip and often showing bits of video that I'd rather not see

I only go there for the games .... Honest!
