h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

Okay, I'm an hour early with her Burpday, but I won't be online tomorrow... So much to do and so little time to do it in!


Summer is progressing well, doing all the stuff most babies of her age do (except she's like her Nana and very slow producing teeth, she only has one through with the corner of another showing next to it. According to my mother, I didn't have any teeth until after my burpday (erm).

No sooner has she found her hands and knees, than she's already on her feet and around the furniture and getting Gangad to walk her up and down the garden

She is very good at pushing buttons . She managed to change the qwerty keyboard on Gangad's mobile, together with almost completing a new email address for him before he stopped her . He has no idea how she managed to move the 'z' and 'y' keys on the keyboard and nor could he get it to change back. Summer, on the other hand, had hold of the mobile for another two minutes and the keyboard returned to normal

Gangad is very embarrassed

She also has managed to show Nana a lot of places not previously seen via Tivo!

If Nana can stay awake long enough, she just might come back tomorrow and tell you about the paarrrtttaaayyy!

Lovely to hear from you Lil and for the progress report! Our little bundle is 13 weeks and we will probably be entrusted with him some time next week. His papa is in America as are the other grandparents (coincidence) and his mum is trying to prepare for her PhD exam, which littl'un had put the scuppers on by arriving 4 weeks early.

Congrats onsuch an IT-savvy toddler!

My near-18 year old grandson rang me the other night and said, "next time you go shopping for great grandma, let me know and I'll help you carry the bags."

Our youngest G/ daughter, who was 3 yesterday, picks up her Dads I/Pad, finds You Tube, selects her favourite music and cartoons, then sits there with the lad on her lap
