you have a good week with the family
I shall miss our chats but, of course, family must come first! Maybe, if your in work, then the mail system will be working and am sure you'll be checking mail at home from time to time so perhaps you might find a word or two waiting for you
s &

I've taken the week off of work, but will certainly track the home mails every morning. Should a thought or two cross your mind.
I'm using the computer room as my "smoking zone", so can check. But not often post anything.
For now, &

Oh dear! Relegated to a *smoking zone* now are we? Having said that, I don't smoke in the house except in the computer room as the kids don't like it and it does tend to make the whole place stink!
Am sure we'll be in touch at some stage during the week
Meanwhile, I hope you enjoy your time with your visitors and get some well earned rest and relaxation!

Rev Nick { Only the dead are without fear } Posted Oct 10, 2004
I've always kept smoking out of the bath or bed-rooms, and the kitchen during any phase of a meal. But the rest is fair game. My in-laws don't smoke, so I'm giving them that extra little bit, they visit so seldom.
I do hope your night is going along mostly painlessly. Please do tell if you've found any e-mails from me from days gone by? Including a slow day at work, ponderings, ....

Does M'Lady smoke? It's not so bad if both of you are smokers I guess
I checked mail earlier before I came to work but there was nothing much of interest..........won't have time to check again before lunchtime at 3am If anything comes throught I'll certainly let you know
I have a feeling it going to be a very long night here.........it's quiet already

Rev Nick { Only the dead are without fear } Posted Oct 10, 2004
Nawww, she doesn't smoke more than 5 or 10 a year. And sorry, but mails are unlikely for now. Taking too much time and getting carried away.
Another day though .....

tsarina Posted Oct 10, 2004
I was thinking more of any mails from work that might have got stuck in the pipeline along the way! You said that you were having problems and not all the mails were being delivered........they might turn up........who knows
Don't worry, I won't be expecting anything this week.........a brief note if you have time would be nice but otherwise we can chat over the w/e..........it's my w/e off next w/e

Rev Nick { Only the dead are without fear } Posted Oct 10, 2004
I'll see what happens, milday. Mornings, I should have a bit of time before the house is alive again. And if one's from work haven't arrived yet, they've been lost for good.
Smoke-time is done again.....

My computer is kind of working........I can get into msn and yahoo messenger and chat on there but internet explorer is the main problem Am going to take it off and re-install it again and see if that cures the problems
Can access mail via outlook express so that not too much of a problem either.........only real problem is that the kids can't surf the net for info for schoolwork etc but am sure they'll live

The way I understand it, most school libraries are internet loaded now. SO homework research shouldn't be a real problem. And it beats the 1954 encyclopedia set I had to work from.
There is a brief e-mail awaiting you, because our day is now ending. It's been a few very long ones. I do hope your night settles in so that a bit of rest is possible.
Until the next chance to chat, do take very good car, my friend. And a few assorted s,

Just in case you get time to pop in on a cigarette break, thought I'd leave a quick note just to let you know I'm in work and will be popping in from time to time
Hope your having a restful and relaxing week and not running round too much!

This pooh-system has been kicking me around and not letting me play.
We've had a good day, shopped a lot and now putting 4 lbs of sirloin on the BBQ for supper. I did send you a brief e-mail to reply to when you find a bit of time. Especially if hootoo is going to be cranky all night.
I'll call later. For now,

I'm having problems with hootoo tonight too Not kicking me out but won't load pages or if it does, it's very slow and then get 'page unavailable'.........looks like they got gremlins in the system tonight again
Have been busy hoovering, cleaning and polishing all day trying to get the house ready for more viewings (thought I'd finished with all that) then went to bed about 4pm and rested for a couple of hours before coming to work!
BBQ sounds wonderful............I love meat cooked that way........tastes so much better Will be green with envy when your stuffing your face

This is our third piggy-style supper in a row. Sunday, baked Atlantic salmon, last night our Thanksgiving Day turkey, tonight steak. Tomorrow is supper out for Mom's (in-law) birthday. I WILL need a good work-out to wear some of it off. Any suggestions?

And BTW, I promise to try to not get stinky if replies are slow to happen here, even when I see other chats happening. Sorry for that earlier ...

Mmmmmmmmmmmmmm sounds like there's going to be a lot of OINKING going on in your house this week
You know I would never ignore you intentionally..........I honestly thought you were offline with your family visitors

Oink-oink .... Out of 4 lbs of steak, there's perhaps 1/4 lb left. With a mailing address, a REALLY fast courier. Meal-break for you?
My dear, if I'm home, this PC is never off-line. And with periodic smoke breaks or night-time wakings, it'll always be checked. But please, I don't blame.....
How's the shift going for you? Mid-week is perhaps the slower ones? Especially after 11'ish I would guess.

sounds like you've pigged out well and truly tonight.........hope you don't suffer later
Normally the night would be fairly quiet, but as there's only me and Blackberry Cat working on the night team tonight (and the team leader) then I think we may be busier than usual! We've got one on holiday and another one off sick so we're a bit short staffed to say the least

Awwww, poor dear. I guess neither of you will be posting much then. So very sorry for you.
I'm still young enough to handle a major feast quite well. It WILL take a few days for the tummy to 'firm up' again though. That's a bit more of a battle as time goes on.
Do you think there might be time for a brief reply to my e-mail at break time? It's just a simple query out there for you.
Mmmmmm, -lips.....

Will post as often as possible, work allowing
There should be time to reply during my lunch break which is at 3am our time..........my next break is only 15 mins and that's not really enough time to check and reply to mail
I'll certainly have a look at lunchtime tho

So just out of curiosity, does your 'agent' have any other prospective hopes for a house sale? And if something or someone is found, will the new one still be available to you? I'd really hate to think the whole process was a waste of time and solicitor money.
And please, don't feel obligated to natter here. If you've others on the hootoo you've known long and well, do please get some fun time too. Of course, being wary of spandex.
