Not that I'm aware of...
Actually, silly little things are good... I brought most of my earthly possessions, but I've nothing to set up-- like pictures and little trinkets and so forth... nothing to give my half of the room personality.
I'm thinking of running to Wallly's World and finding a poster of some artsy sort to stick on my wall-- I'm sick of white.

There are mini markets at our union every day of the week selling cd's and stuff as well as posters. I usually take photos and books with me - I've got a very large shelf at home and seeing books all over gives it a semblence of home plus I can stare longingly at the photos of home when I ring up.

Yeah... for the most part we need to bring stuff or buy it somewhere else. I did bring a bookshelf and my more favorite books... but I don't really have time to read them. And I have two whole pictures... one of Erich acting theatrical and one of my sis and I when we were three and seven. My group of friends never took pictures. We're weird like that.
I was gonna put up a picture of all you Thingites... but it's incomplete and the color printer comes out with fuzzy dots...

I still need to get money so I can finish the package... perhaps a to replace the dead one... my sis' fish died recently too... but he looked sick for a long time, first.

Yeah, loved it. I particularly like the line... "posted witht customary me-style tardiness (while waiting for the train home to arrive)".
Thanks, much appreciated.

OK, so no truck.
::discards giant 8 foot tall balloon truck tires::
What about a steam locomotive or a twenty ton hydraulic press? Do you have either of those in your dorm room?
