'Introducing the Beatles' is the initial US equivalent of 'Please Please Me', released by Vee Jay records because EMI's US partner, Capitol Records, initially felt the Beatles were unmarketable in the US. Vee Jay's album promptly got to number two in the chart before Capitol Records sued them and after a lot of back and forth in the courts, 'Introducing the Beatles' is now unavailable and has since been replaced with Capitol Records' 'The Early Beatles'.
