It is a bit.
Frost all over the car this morning.
And it's Christmas already according to the shops.
Happy Bleedin' Christmas.
Also, the thing about Monday morning is that it seems to last forever. I'm sure this morning has lasted for about three months already.

I hope not Jack, that would mean I spent about a week in the bank.
Christmas. I suspect I'll just do all my shopping in one go. On Amazon.

Probably a good idea, Mac.
I like Christmas.
At Christmas.
But Christmas in November is a lousy idea. And Chistmas shopping can go to hell.

Pretty much Jack. It's far too early for any of that rubbish.
It can't be too long though before I walk in to any shop you care to mention and hear Christmas music playing.

I didn't hear Christmas music the other day, Mac.
But all the decorations are up.
I reckon they out them up as they were taking down the Hallowe'en decorations.
So to all intents and purposes Christmas now kicks off at midnight in October 31st.
A suppose it can't be long before we're hearing all the Christmas hits. Shakin' Stevens. Mud. Slade. And worst of all......Cliff Richard.
Musically speaking Christmas is as bad as X Factor.
How many Christmases has Cliff Richard ruined? About 70 I'd say.

McNamara That Ghost Posted Nov 7, 2011
Jack, Cliff Richard would be one of the first things I'd put in to Room 101.
I'm not sure Christmas ever goes away really.
Certainly Cliff Richard doesn't. How many summers does he ruin too?

True enough, Mac.
What with Summer holiday and his Christmas songs he's destroyed half of every year.
At least that's only half as bad as Ph*l C*ll**s who ruins every single day of every year of course.

I just hope he hasn't made any Easter songs, if he has, I've blanked them out so don't remind me.
Jack, it's true that he does but he's worse than Satan so we have to expect that

I feel sorry for Satan.
The knowledge that he will eventually be stuck with Collins for the rest of eternity must be soul-destroying.
Assuming Satan has a soul.

I'm thinking spicy. On a baguette.
The only question is what else to put on it.
I'll make up my mind in the shop.

Tomotoes on a baguette is good, especially with ham and cheese
And a glass of wine - alhtough the glass in one hand and baguette in the other
