Oh dear. You better get on the website to see what you need to be compliant - this is such a big firm that we have yearly inspections, so we do things out of habit now to comply.

ive never respected her. She's a child in an old woman's body. Openly admits to winding people up and thinks it's ok to do it because she admits it.

Whenever i pulled her up on her nonsense opinions and constant need to override everyone else's opinion, she'd just leave. Like a child.

Most of our clients are established families who have been using us for donkeys years The partners have been here man and boy!!!...we have that family solicitor thing being a very old firm!

Captain you have it in a nutshell....I can't be bothered with her to be honest. I nearly suggested that it would have been better for her to say nothing at all but then I thought it gave her more attention than she deserved!

I have to admit though, it's spats like that, that make me wanna come back.
