SO have you done anything for the project this week?
Or are you doing something this coming week?

I've been having an ongoing discussion with Lyns about what form the Glasgow bands guide should take and which bands should be included. Haven't actually done anything concrete though.
Have you done anything?

Apart from work, set up for 24-02 and generally posting at 3am while drunk?
Actually, not quite sure what I am meant to be doing. I seem to have taken on a sort of organisational role, but she wants me to do something on camera again. For some bizzare reason!
I got a phonecall from her yesterday, here at work, then SPINY called me tonight, here at work. So mostly i offer ideas and suggestions, but will try and get something more definate organised this week.
Typically the cameraman arrives just as I finish my rest week and go onto nightshift. Can't even be available next monday as I start Sunday night this time round.

No esculators have to long enough for a good snug. As for that matter do moving walkways. There's one at one of teh London underground stations that I'm sure I've caused a few discussions about in the last few months.
As for that one in Glasgow I agree it was far too short.
Maybe me and FC should do a survey off all the most snogable escualtors in Glasgow.

Babel17 Posted Jan 14, 2001
Remember, the art is to find the balance between the longest escalator possible and the slowest, thereby taking advantage of maximum snog time permissable

Yeah I know that. Wish I could remember where that travellator was in London is was very long and slow. I also remember us also having luggage on it. So it may well be at Gatwick airport or London Bridge or somewhere like that. Canary wharf is also good very long and slow escualtors there.

I shall remember those for the next time.
Personally i would question how I know of the ones in Glasgow, since I have been through on my own the last few times
Only joking, before anyone starts casting aspertions.

Weekend over, I'm back online, albeit very limited due to training.
I got a call from Lyns saturday as well where she suggested that I would be my name for the project.
I would be out and about at some of the touristy sites, looking Lost, since she thought I did a good job of doing just that when we were on our way to the Counting House.
I will be in Glasgow at about 5-ish on wednesday. Probably going by train, so that a few alcoholic beverages can be incorporated into the evening scheule. Well, not really , since i don't drink it, but something similar.

Demon Drawer Posted Jan 15, 2001
That is one of them. Mind you I'm also trying to remember the long travelator as well.
Kerching! Klunk! Whizz! Thump. Ugh. Pesky steps.
Babel17 Posted Jan 15, 2001
The ones at gatwick are cool, because they have about 10 of them in a long line, as long as you remember to stop and get off at the end of each one, then you could have a good 10 minute travellator snog.

Trying to trawl my way through nested tables, so that I can get all the info., from the project so far, documented and up.
Bloody hard work. Especially as I have done it all in Notepad.

Notepad is the choice of champions and people that want to make things difficult for themselves, Babel. I know I'm in the latter of the two types. Which one are you?
So, anyone going to Glasgow tonight, except myself?
