Choccy Biscuits
Posted Mar 26, 2007
I had the urge to write an entry on chocolate biscuits, but several people seem to have beaten me to it. Darn!

Brainstorm: Part 2
Posted Mar 23, 2007
It concerns me a little that so far I have come up with Overtaking on Motorways, Mixing Breakfast Cereals and Read on the Toilet! These are my areas of expertise?!?

Brainstorm
Posted Mar 19, 2007
I want a new 'Number of Entries Edited' tag - one with 50 on would be very nice, thankyou. To that end, I have started to brainstorm possible new entries I can write - though it seems an absolute age since I created any new entry from scratch. I have, in the last couple of years, gravitated more towards updates or rescues from the discard pile; while in the distant past I produced new entries quite regularly and rather enjoyed the process of honing something fit for Edited status. I shall have to ponder and see what springs to mind... I must have some areas of interest and expertise yet to see daylight in print within the Guide.

Easter
Posted Apr 15, 2006
It's Easter weekend, and here I am updating and typing and fiddling. Web stuff takes a little maintenance.... Leave it all too long and you begin to look lazy/like an idiot. I currently either look very lazy or like a really big idiot. I need to start using the longer daylight hours of Summer to my advantage - getting up a little earlier and staying up a little later to get the necessary tasks out of the way. I need to blog more, that would be a good start - which includes adding the occasional entry to this Journal.
I also need to get more articles edited. I am a very naughty Sub-Editor. So, stop distracting me. I have work to do.

Strung Out
Posted Sep 1, 2005
I'm jumpy as hell today. It might be a lack of sleep due to my sinuses... but my nerves are on edge and I probably shouldn't have had that cup of coffee this morning. Someone walked into the work kitchen this morning, while I waited for my tea to brew, and I very nearly leapt out of my skin.

Write an Entry
"The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy is a wholly remarkable book. It has been compiled and recompiled many times and under many different editorships. It contains contributions from countless numbers of travellers and researchers."
