everyone can feel the same MS, a bit tired or slight headache and having a natter doesn't always help - a good kip/rest with feet uphelps

I walked home as fast as I could..broke a pretty good sweat..and conked out in about an hour afterwards..did me a world of good.

it's all this behind the scenes stuff, that they B'El/Lil and Fizzy have taken on - we get less of them now

They are really truly dedicated to this place..probably always have been..it isn't surprising..but we should miss them..

if I was a genius(I am actually)but not on computersI'd be doing more in the background on hootoo, it's my second home
