evening my friend and how are you this day, I did a little shopping and did the numbers for Saturday

Not too shabby today,Prof..just hanging out to finish the day..will be happy to see home.


Wish I had a bit of dosh so's I can get me a or two..that would hit the spot..

I feel the same sometimes, the one that's needed the most, is when the pockets empty

main bill is rent, on a Mondayothers via bank/debit thing

not a lot done really, think I'll do even less tomorrow

I had a question on a bill related to my fall here..got a final bill from the hospital..I had applied with them for charitable assistance/relief..

I tried to call yesterday,but the time went up on the I put in the phone. I would have to walk to there now,,I can,but it will be a bit of a lengthy trek*sweat>

Was gonna do it this morning..changed my mind..

I personally, don't run to or from anything - I walk

I do that a lot too..got no other real means of transport..though I don't complain..it doesn't make the trek any shorter and just adds grief!!

true, but to me,running is just a waste of time and energy, I'll still get there in the end

I stopped running after leaving schoolthere was no point anymore, no sports day

I did alot of jogging in my early 20's..thin as a reed back then..a bit more portly these days..
etc..

nowt wrong with a few lb on, insulation in winter

Cheers..definately the right reason..I wouldn't want to be locked in a freezerwith low body fat..
