I still have power, sop I'm hoping they fixed everything that was wrong. The wind is still strong, and it's quite cold outside. March isn't here yet, but we're getting Marchlike weather anyway.

All okay over here, though. I was feeling a mite queasy the past couple of days.

It's raining here at the moment. We're going to do so through the day.

No sign of NoroVirus or other. My guess is that it may have been some sory of mild hay fever onset. But I'm feeling better. I have a scheduled appointment with my doctor on Monday. I'll tell him about it, and see what he thinks

I's been a gray, snowy day. Wee expect snow tomorrow and again on Monday, with or without occasional rain to turn everything to slush .

We're getting a really nice bit of sun eight now, but it's still cooler than normal.

The slush never materialized.

What kind of Winter is it when you can't even get slush? We're deprived of our rightful slush!

Can't help thinking of Oklahoma winters, alternating snow, thaws with or without rain, freezes and more snow so that the resulting slab of ice just gets thicker and thicker as the season progresses.

If it stays frozen till the first snowfall of autumn, you can reckon that the ice age is returning, kind of like tsunami wave action, a two inch ripple succeeded by another two inch ripple before its predecessor subsides, rapidly mounting into waves of epic proportions.

A few decades ago, scientists were worried about a new ice age. Now they're convinced that the planet is warming. It's hard to defend scientists against climate change deniers when they seem to make such big swings in their forecasts.

I was telling a friend the exact same thing 20 year back - we're heading for ice-age, now global warming.

The biggest panic is that:- we are long overdue a pole reversal (north to south swap)and because there's no records of the last one (because we wern't around) no one knows what will happen ?
