Which thread are you requesting on Karjon? It looks like we need to have two threads.
I'll try to catch up with you on WD and explain to them.

Might be wise to call it the 60/100 word challenge or something... just to make it as different as poss. It might confuse people, is all.

Hi Spidey
I haven't put in a request yet - I'll do it on the 'request a group' thread later. I'll keep to the '60 word fiction group' title so as not to confuse all the new members we've had in the past few weeks.
Cheers

Erm... me a little confused too.
Ok, new date extended to the 12th March and both of these Worder Groups are to be separate on WD?

I think it's the only way to do it, Jen. The 60 word fiction group has over 40 members, only two of us (me and NT) are in both groups. If we merge, can you imagine what it would be like trying to work out the scoring?
The other group doesn't do scores and the crits are very gentle as most of the members are newbies because the eds advertised the group a few weeks ago - just when Halfajobdun left and I offered to take over. It's been a bit mad over there but everyone is keen to keep it running as it is.
Cheers
K.

Yes, two seperate groups, as it is now, seems the best way to go.
Doesn't make sense to have it any other way.

Oh, that's grand then cause I can bearly squeeze time enough to pen a few words for the worder, never mind read around 50 and THEN score them all - would have to quit 'real' job. Phew!
Thanks for clearing that up!

"Come they told me, pa rum pum pum pum
A new born Worder to see, pa rum pum pum pum
Our finest words we bring, pa rum pum pum pum
To lay before Spidey Queen, pa rum pum pum pum,
rum pum pum pum, rum pum pum pum,
So to honor Her, pa rum pum pum pum,
When we come.
Little Weaver, pa rum pum pum pum
Enig is a poor boy too, pa rum pum pum pum
He has no gift to bring, pa rum pum pum pum
That's fit to give Spidey Queen, pa rum pum pum pum,
rum pum pum pum, rum pum pum pum,
Shall he play for you, pa rum pum pum pum,
On my drum?
MRSLooRoll nodded, pa rum pum pum pum
The Norn Iron Maidens kept time, pa rum pum pum pum
Enig played his drum for all, pa rum pum pum pum
He played my best for us, pa rum pum pum pum,
rum pum pum pum, rum pum pum pum,
Then Weaver smiled at Him, pa rum pum pum pum
Enig and his drum".

I think it might be known as a sting. At least that's what we used to call the more modern versions when I worked at a video production company.
