Kats, m'love, all will be well. I'm writing you tonight and hopefully it will get to you by the end of this week. If not, then Monday next. Even posts to Sonia tend to take forever, and she's only 630 miles away. 
I will say it over and over, so it gets drilled in your head - Please stay off your feet as long as you can, get lots of rest, get plenty of vitamin D and calcium in yourself, and consider the sunbathing idea I told you about.
