Well, I'm not aching all over (not too much, anyway), and I can move just fine. I still cycled a little, just in case.

Best of luck with the cycling. I'd like a good quality, adult tricycle. My legs are so short that I've always had problems with a regular bicycle. And now with my arthritis, I'd be safer on a trike.
