Bel - it is okay if people do not work between the years. Actually, if I count together all I have really worked at that time it makes just one day's work (and I am working parttime). So it wasn't too bad anyway.
When all the doctors will be back some time next week, we will have enough to do anyway - plus my boss coulnd't do some of the things due to tech probs and she will have to catch up with a lot of things and won't be able to write reports...
I only wanted to console Elentari - that she isn't the only one working

When I hear the word 'work', I sit down, turn the lights and the sound down and wait quietly until all sound or thoughts of the word fade.
But - one of the things about Egyptians is that they cannot pronounce 'B', so - those that speak English are always parking op the wrong tree. If you have ever driven in Cairo, you will understand the problem.

It was a wonderful, frosty and sunny day yesterday - which we spent on the train, ho humm.

Hi, Bel! I missed you while you were away, too, though I am glad to know you enjoyed your visits with your family.

Welcome back Bel, I am glad you had a good holiday. Happy New Year .
It is freezing here too, not above -5ยบ during the day and heaven knows what it was overnight. Apparently there is more to come too 
yet we are getting used to it. Not having to go out, even for shopping is bliss.
