for the first time in years i did not have holidays over xmas. why waste them now when i only had to w*rk 5 days during the last couple of weeks. i even have today off as well

I was brifly considering going back to work tomorrow instead of Friday, but the weather being as it is, I'll stay put.

I do. I woke at a quarter past six am when the husband banged the front door behind him on leaving for work.

I woke at the same time, but it was the cats running downstairs to be fed that woke me...
