Mind you, unless I'm mistaken, anything designed by an architect is expensive... I'm a Yorkshireman, I'm allergic to expensive!

Sadly (or not sadly, depending on how you look at it), I only have to sand down the exposed woodwork, seal the joints, and emulsion it all now, then it's finished.
Just need to lug up the furniture after that.

Got a bookshelf, computer table, cupboards, and a TV to carry up into the loft...
Maybe even a new carpet, if we've any money left for an off-cut...
