are you well ? I went to a funeral today, it always makes me sad, but this time, it was a very young man who was buried - he was only 41.
My friend has lost both her parents within only six months about two years ago, and now her husband - it's so terrible
Thank you for your cards, the last one makes me think of my friend - I do hope she'll not crash now
Sorry about sounding so negative.
On a lighter note : we do have the expected chaos at work

Sorry to hear about your current problems. Unfortunately where I live is a notorious road where fatalities are fairly regular. My only consolation is that the person wil suffer no further problems. If that helps?
I am well, and have survived the commercialism of Valentine's Day, along with the sadness invoved with the breakup of a long relationship 11 years ago. I try to let go but it is not easy. Two fasiled engagements do not put me in a good frame of mind to start a third. I am now so self sufficient I think it would be hard to start a third. A good friendship would be a good start,

Claudia, I know the feeling with the Game... two difficult weeks.
The Job is the same, just more responsibilty, so more learning, and then peripheral items like the Department Newsletter, staff training and Committee meetings does stretch the time. I can't believe it is 19:00 already, so time to go. Please take care, and love to Jen if you get a chance to chat. Nice to know she is about again. Say hi for me.

How are you, still so busy ?
Work is still manic and chaotic, I don't know where to begin, and I can never finish anything within the given time
I'm still hoping that one day the program will actually make work easier for me

Not a chance!!! Computers aren't meant to make w*rk easier... just to give that impression.

Each new system I've encountered here has just created a greater workload, with more confusion and paperwork than ever before, and loads more reports. I'm sure it is done to keep the programmers employed.

How was your weekend? I had a great gig on Saturday... over 200 people attended, with a guarantee of another booking later in the year...

I'm extremely pleased as Jen managed to resolve the identity of my triffid... Spot on. It was just so . Made my weekend.

I have received confirmation that I will be helping with the opening of our new Manchester store in the first two weeks of June, so will be away from here then. W*rk continues to grow and I it. I hate
being bored. It is a good challenge. One minute I'll be selling a Bosch Cookert, and the next, a Bra! Very surreal.

Little other to report. All seems quiet on the 'red' front. Maybe she got bored! Dunno.

Well, as per, back to the threads. Have you decided on whether you'll be coming on the 5th July? Be great if you can. I believe Jen may be coming and it would be great to get together (appreciate what you said earlier!)

I haven't seen our mutual friend for a while - the word games are quiet atm.
Great you enjoyed your gig last weekend My weekend was great, too, I was invited to a friend's birthday, we went to the theatre and watched 'Ladies'Night' - it was incredibly funny, although I've seen the film atleast three times
That's fantastic news about Manchester, so you'll be able to see your cousin for longer
Good news about your plant, I do hope it lives long and prospers

Haven't seen 'Ladies Night' so can't comment on that. However it looks as though I shall be home a lot more as I've just bought a 40Gb iPod so I can clear out all my old cassettes. Just loading them onto my computer will keep me out of mischief let alone downloadin onto the iPod. However it had come down 33% overnight, so it had to be done...

Right must dash... nearly home-time... or maybe...perhaps...possibly... a ?...
