Hey Lost,

Nothing better than saying hello to interesting people like yourself and seeing where the conversation goes.

Doing as little as i can possibly get away with, as i have a hangover from hell, and i dont ususally get them, feeling like to be honest with you. I got back of holiday on Friday, went to Italy, so i have loads of unpacking left to do try and turn my hand to it at some point today!

Nonametraveller Posted Jun 22, 2003
My head pains with the thought of it....you have my utmost sympathy.Perhaps a hair of the dog?
Where were you in Italy? I love Florence myself.Personally i find unpacking is somehow easier when done over a week or so...lol.
I would invite you to a bar or coffee shop for a virtual cup or glass of something, but if you are feeling that bleep i suppose it is the last thing you are into...besides i am pretty useless at these computer thingys...(pictures and stuff)

HELP_IM_LOST (why are there not enough hours in the day?) Posted Jun 22, 2003
Thank you for the thought, here you go though, have a cuppa The smileys and thingies are relly easy, good, im actually going to explain it to someone, sorry but im really useless at these things, all you do is < coffee > < smiley > etc, but take the blanks out.
I went to Lake Garda, mym mum lives there, so quite a bit of sight seeing was done, went to Verona, Montama, loads of places, the country is def very beautiful part of the world eally didnt want to come back, the weather was wonderful as well, it was in the 40's everyday, so to be honest, it was a little bit on the too hot side, but still lovely to see the sun
Blind Conversation
Nonametraveller Posted Jun 22, 2003
I have just recently returned from living in Africa so i am not too worried about the sun at present, however i may feel differant come december, although my time here is not permanent.
now i remember...but where do i find all the differant varieties?
It sounds like a very cool holiday, i know Verona too, i was once married to a Verona.

HELP_IM_LOST (why are there not enough hours in the day?) Posted Jun 22, 2003
Yeah, Verona is beautiful so i presume you are serperated/divorce, hope you dont mind me asking.
So how long are you back in England then? And how long was you in Africa for?
Blind Conversation
Nonametraveller Posted Jun 22, 2003
Yep, i'm divorced and no problem at all with you asking.I like questions, they promote conversation.
I reckon i will be in England until at least january but it could be longer.I have been in Africa on and off for tenty years, the last time i was in England was in 95 when i stayed for 7 months, so everything is all very new and novey to me at the moment, somehow there are huge changes this time.

HELP_IM_LOST (why are there not enough hours in the day?) Posted Jun 22, 2003
The big changes is the fact that this country is going to the dogs!!! Unfortunate, but true
So are you English or African then? Sorry, typical female, nosey!!!

Nonametraveller Posted Jun 22, 2003
sorry, i got distracted by the cricket and i was peckish.
I am english thru and thru.
I think you maybe right about it going to the dogs!...i am sad to say it.In fact when i came home this time i wondererd whether i might be interested in staying, but on first impressions i don't think so, simply a place i grew up in and will visit every now and then.I shall see how i feel at the end of the year.
I am looking after three thirteen year old lads this morning...well since yesterday so i am going to have to feed them just now as well as keep half an eye on the cricket, so please forgive me if my answers take a while.Tell me more about you, what do you do? Where are you?

If i had the guts, i would leave england, nothing here now! Shame.
Good luck with looking after 3 13 yr old lads, ur going to need it!!!!
Me, well, im a bar-maid, going back to college in sept to do a councelling course, after a yr, i will be semi qualified, so can start work, than another 2 yrs till im fully qualified, but it will be worth it!!! I have a 7 yr old son his at his dads today, thank god, to be honest, dont think i could cope with him and a hangover!!!! And i think i have earned myself a storker, this guy, god, he is everywhere i go, he has just knocked on my door, thank god i look so rough, cos i told him i was ill, so he couldnt come in, but he keeps coming round, i never let him in, but its like, when on earth are you going to get the message that im not interested, i have told him on numerous occasions, and always make myself to busy to ever see him, but he just wont give up sorry, my whinge over, its just that he has just knocked on my door again!!!!
So what do you do for work?

Nonametraveller Posted Jun 22, 2003
No worries with the boys, i took them to cricket this morning but it was rained off, so now they are watching England play pakistan whilst playing....believe it or not Monopoly!! I have had to give them a couple of chirps in the last 24 hours but they are great kids really. I think they are trying to be cool as they say they want to have a french bread, avo, cheese, cold meats and dips type of lunch with me.
By 'storker' i am sure you mean stalker....lol... you really did have me laughing with that one.
Not nice though, i am not laughing at your predicament, i have a major problem with some of these weirdos that are running around.
Don't worry about the whingeing.....its kind of an honour that i can be on hand....lol.....everyone has to have someone to unload with.
At the moment i have taken time out to do some studying, however my working life has been quite colourful and varied to say the least.... a lot of buying and selling...contract work in differant parts of the world...more recently i have been involved on various locations in the movie world.
Which area are you in? What type of counselling are you going to do and to who?.Sounds brilliant, what made you decide to do that?

Sorry, phone rang, then a mate popped round, than the hair of the dog called, and a good hair of a dog it was, oh, by the way try < ale > that should work
Boys sound call, french bread, brie, very nice too!!!!
So what are you going to study than? I want to get into the field of councelling kids with drink and drug problems, reason for it, well loosely, without going into to much, i could very easily have ended up as one of those kids, think thats the reason. Know that i will have more failure than sucess, but for every success it will be worth everything!!!
Storker, ok, really hungover this morning, so spelling was incredibly bad, no concentration there what so ever!!!!! Think i was thinking of the margerine there lol
I live just outside Heathrow, about 8 miles from the airport, where are you?

Nonametraveller Posted Jun 22, 2003
hey lost,
just logged on myself, albeit for a short while before i get some sleep.
glad to hear that the hair worked well...it generally does.
In the end it was baked beans on toast for the one and ham and cheese sarnies for th other two.
I am taking two courses at the moment, journalism and newswriting for one and Feature and freelance writing for the other, but there is other stuff as well.
I was never in danger of becoming 'one of those kids'.....too strong...but i know very well about party food and feel like you do.I take my hat off to you.....go for it girl, lets be friends, maybe i can help.
I'm on a mission too i suppose with regard to the writing.
which side of heathrow are you....could be very close to where i originally come from.
right now though i am in surrey, just down the m25, i have an old friend who i meet in stockly park occasionally....well once so far...but there will be other times.
Margerine???.....where is your mind????....i am definitely missing something
