hi there darrell.just read your message to abbi about your legs!!!you could do with buying a leg exerciser for when youre spending time on the pc ,love.theyre supposedly very good,and not too big,just put it on the flooor in front of you and it has two pedal type things,one for each foot.you just use it to exercise the legs,one foot on each pedal ,and walk!!!!!!hope youre feeling good .nsalxxx

hi jim,i should practise what i preach!!!how are you today,and hazel??cant do with you feeling tired,its lovely gardening weather here today,maybe youre in need of some gentle mowing,just to keep you going!!!my tomatoes are starting to flower,cant understand it,theyre only about four /five inches high.you any ideas how to slow them down a bit??salxx

awwww jim,i hope hazel feels better soon.i must admit i've been a bit queezy on and off since i had that tummy bug,maybe its just the after effects of that.weve just put a grenhouse up ,but havent glazed it yet,so the tomatoes arent getting too hot,!!!i bought a lovely new impatiens this time,uts called fiesta,and its two tone,pink and white.i'm just waiting for it to open.none of the baskets seem to be coming along well though,but its a bit early yet i suppose.xx

Hi sheryl , sal , & jim ...have to look into one of those sheryl, luv I guess we all have our little problems with the keyboard, don't we? lol now, I usually 'Preview' anything before I 'Post' it & sometimes it seems like I spend twice as long correctin' typos as I did typin' the message - the backspace & delete keys are my best mates (when I'm typin'), can never get 'em to buy me drinks though, lol

hi darrell,i just turned back on,two of the grandchildren were here,they come when school has finished,just until their mum gets home from work.it isnt very nice here today,the sun was shining this morning,but it's just dull now,although it's 6.30p.m..i'm having a reasonable day today,just had a vertigo attack this lunch time.are you okay ?the machine i told you about is very good ,i have been thinking about one for a couple of weeks now,and they arent too expensive.i'll let you know how i go with it if i decide to order one myself.i'm going to get a nice hot now,had bolognese for tea,then i think some walnut .i'll be on later on ,hope hope to catch you then maybe.takecarensalxxx

Thats nice that the grandkids drop by sal! Yes I'm ok, going out in about an hour, my cousin who lives out east (the other end of the country, lol) is taking me to lunch...that sounds like a very good machine, I wonder if that type is available here?

hi darrell,i dont know about the machine love,but i will try to find out.i'll get the brochure out tonight.i hope you enjoy your meal,when we go to america there's an eating place called sizzlers,and they serve the best steak i ever tasted.it's the first thing i look for when weve unpacked!!!!believe me,they cant do steaks like that in england!!!!xx

That is approx 8(+1-) hours behind the UK. I often say goodnight(late here) just after a few good mornings to you all in the UK
