no, really, i used to live in sydney. and my mac computer call centre is in sydney. etc. east coast oz is 2 hours behind nz.

i also knew canberra is the capital

but i did double check the time on a website cos i thought canberra might be different. i'll make a list of the best ones and post it when i get the chance, including a good time map.

a map in the phone book, that was very sensible of them. maybe i'll print one off a website. i find it much easier converting to and from GMT if i visualise it.

i've been online pretty much since i got up, but feel the need for a stretch and a break now. its been raining which is great as the garden is very dry. i might try finishing cleaning the bathroom today . . .

I am on briefly by noon ,to "clean-up" my page.There are always a few I cannot resist replying to. I try to wait until 2-3pm to answer, I save a lot of time, when the *BOX* moves faster. I would love to be on from 4-7pm (good live time here) but dinner,spousal unit appears and usually some phone calls. So after 7pm, quite sporatically 15-30 minutes, till happens.

i must say i've developped what might be a bad habit of having multiple pages open and multiple replies open too. jumping from one to the other when lots is going on. i just realised today its possible for me to post the wrong reply in the wrong thread, which could be .

i have to go feed someones cat. then myself . and then i'm probably going to watch a movie on tv. will hootoo in the ads though as i've heard the movies not that great. (h2 does seem to have radically cut into my tv watching time )

not too much, kea, the jazz & blues club that I volunteer at (& would just be getting home from about now), is closed until the 17th. was just doing some reading...which movie are you watching?...I was considering getting this software package that lets you watch TV programmes, in a small window on your monitor, but then I'd never leave the computer!!
