There was a time once I believe when they did packs of five here, but, as you say they were withdrawn apparently on the grounds that they were popular with school kids and helped start the habbit.

I feel like the dirt scraped from the bottom of a shoe, but I'm not thinking like a smoker and wishing I had a cigarette to help alter my mood. Which I think is good.

I don't know that I'd be happy in the Nexus, it wouldn't be real. I don't want to live in the past - I just find the past being the way it is, is a heavy burden I can't let go of.

You know what's funny? When I checked what's on TV tonight, it said: Startrek Generations - what a coincidence.
Is there a way to make that burden lighter?

I think once I have had my bath I might have to watch either a Star Trek film or a Crononberg film.

I haven't smoked since... I think it could have been Wednesday. When one feels one is coughing oneself to death due a virus - just how stupid smoking is clearer, thankfully my emotional state has stabilised enough such that I can just about tolerate not smoking in terms of being without a usefully soothing ritual.

'Have to' as in it being needed... Hope the cough goes away soon! I've had a raw throat, whisky and cigars voice, for three weeks, and it is no fun. I don't even smoke. much...

Well, I don't buy cigs. I get the occasional one... only a couple of times a week, and I've reduced from a steady two-a-day scheme, so I *am* doing well.
