Aye, goes with a rather famous music video, an old favourite of mine. Not your cup-of-chai? I felt like sceaming so it seemed copletely logical to post the lyrics... I've spent the last 2 hours in the bath relaxing with the radox. I'm positively chipper.

Suz will be here in about 12 hours. I'm gonna take her down to Portslade, we'll meet up with DJ Timmeh and the lovely Loz for a little beer fest down there. Good beer and good company.

Thank you m'dears...
I tried several beers. Only White Adder, Summer Lightening and Carte Blanche we're particularly interesting. Everything else especially the IPAs were unremarkable but for the lack of anything to make them remarkable to my palette. That said Tim's favourite of the evening was the Red Squirrel Bitter, by the Red Squirrel Brewery, who do oragnic ales. And Loz liked Mordeu IPA, which I though was terrible. And Suz didn't much care for the Summer Lightening. So, shows that everything is down to individual persception.
I left 24 blank discs with DJ Timmeh, so he can fill them up with music for listening pleasure as I've a rather limited collection myself, and he has a pretty good idea of what I like.
Loz is still battling the NHS to get an operation that she doesn't want but needs, I hope that sorted soon.

Hope the op will be sorted soon.
No ideas about the beers you mention, I'm not a connoisseur of beers

Suz went home today. I think she liked Brighton's North Laine. With all it's beads, corsets, cool dresses, piercing parafenalia, tattooists, leg-warmers, military surpluses and what-have-yous.

'Sounds interesting '
Too many scars on our hearts. If you mean what I think you do... We were engaged once. We loved each other very much. But, we each had - [and have] - our internal problems, this combined with such love for each other made it all the more easy for us both to get hurt.
The idea of opening the door on such pain again is frightening, for the both of us.
Suz is a friend whom I love very much. We must take our time sharing a friendship. I've no wish to lose her friendship for the sake of relabeling it something it something possesive.
'Will you meet her again soon ?'
I very much hope so.

I meant all the shops you described, but thank you for your open reply to what you thought I meant.
If you've found a way to be together in friendship, then that's worth a lot, I wouldn't want any of you two to suffer.

No, you've not. Not at all.
I just felt a bit / in light of my misinterpretation of your meaning earlier.

Oh that - I thought I hadn't made myself excatly clear -after I posted, although I rather thought it could have looked as if I found the fact that Suz has left interesting - you see, lots of possible interpretations.

I'm glad to hear the visit went well, and that you two are nurturing a friendship again. Though I will admit I never thought it would happen--sometimes it's nice being wrong.

Yes, it's good to see that things are going so well. I'm still a little worried about that heart of yours getting bruised, but that's hardly a reason to stop seeing her. I'll just nurture my wish that your friendship continues to flourish and be a positive thing for the both of you.
