The Little Drummer Girl by John LeCarre. It's one I read over and over as the mood strikes. The recent troubles in the Middle East brought it to mind again so I reread it.

Got some DVDs and a bottle of wine and some perfume and some Costa Rica things from a friend who just went on vacation. Not too bad.

The Costa Rica friend also has her birthday in May, so we'll probably go out next week.

How was yours? It was Sunday, right?

My phone line & internet connection were zapped in the weekend storms. Had to call in a trouble ticket from my landlady's phone and everything. The tech said, 'It's basically unusable.' I wanted to ask him to tell me something I didn't know. smiley - cross
