Hey look at all these people who want to say something to you! I love that about the internet. All sorts of people who you might never even talk to if you were all chucked in together at a party all care and are interested.
Although of course right now that might not seem desired, it's a big good thing though! How eloquant of me
Oh and don't forget to read the Post, it's got some nice things in this week...including a poem from me

VV's HooToo calender.
January.
Outrider sits astride his Black VFR. Wearing black flip flops thru which you can see his black toe nails, a black leather jacket fully opened and exposing his manly chest (which has a large tatto of a sidecar skidding around a corner and a ' BORN TO SLIDE' rocker), His black flip up lid giving dignity to his nsughty bits, and black mirrored sunglasses that hide the effects that the two bottles of tequila, necessary for such a pose, have had.
'Enjoy it while you can, February approaches and you've got weirder freinds than me VV'!

*sits and fidgets a little*
I'm not doing too badly at the moment. 2 weeks off work seems to have done me some good, but I'm still far from being made better.
It must be difficult for those who haven't suffered from depression to understand what goes through the mind of someone who is depressed. I intend to give you a little insight of what a person feels when he/she is depressed.
The worthlessness someone can feel can be overwhelming at times. Crying and feeling alone when if you actually turned to those who love and care for you can actually do some good. But, you withdraw inside and find it hard to talk to anyone, let alone those who care for you the deepest.
You push people away in the hope that if they aren't there for you then you can't hurt them by lashing out at them.
Anger is still at the surface right now. Difficulty in calming down or quick to anger at the slightest of provocation. Just listening to people talking to you, I can feel the anger building up. You're not listening to what is being said, you can just hear the drone inside your mind driving you crazy.
I get panicky a little. Like today. We went into Liverpool and I could feel myself getting anxious and wary. I could feel my heart wanting to leap out of my chest. G noticed it and we talked about it afterwards. He says I glaze over and go quiet. I know, being quiet ain't me is it.
Then there's the decision making problems. Simple decisions such as crossing the road, or going out for a smoke. You carry on doing what you are doing until you either run out of road or time. Hey ho.
Then there's "nasty thoughts". I haven't had any over the past week or so. Just wanting to end it, or sleep until it has all gone away and I'm better. The doctor isn't worried at the moment as they are only thoughts, and not plans or actions. So I suppose for now, I am safe.
I do feel more positive with the fact that they are becoming less and less, as are the "odd" moods that I can go into. "Odd" moods are when I am really unable to comprehend what is being said or what is going on around me. I could walk to meet g at his place of work and can't even remember how I got there. It's frightening thinking back. "Did I step out on someone?" "Did I stand in dog poo" "Did I LOOK weird to other people".
It's good that I can think back and compare what I was like 2 weeks ago to what I am like now. There's a definate improvement. I'm even talking about work again. Might do that between Christmas and New Year. Those three days are very quiet so I shouldn't find it too much of a problem.
Anyways...enough of that.
I wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a most definate Happy New Year.
Take good care of you all and I will see you all soon. I promise.
Love
VV
