I confess!
Yes I confess. Get the police the handcuffs and a cell post haste. I have spent the day having a hot… steamy… passionate affair with… an iron!
Yes how can i expect anyone to forgive me...
I... did my own ironing!
shirts, skirts, trowsers... even things no-one will see!
I mean whats the point in that!
whats brought this most unteenageer like behaviour you may ask
well its simple.
I'm going away for a week to stay with someone,
and to meet some friends,
since its just a jot down to england i packed for the normal english weather, woolen jumpers, jeans, skirt, shirt, others...
going away tomorrow!
running off to join the circus
nah not really, i am just a tad exited
Anthea,
I confess!

If you're still in the ironing mood, can I send some of mine round?
The other half has just done the post-holiday washing and is complaining about all the ironing.
If not... have a good holiday anyway.

doing the laundry is bad enough, we have to fill jugs of water to fill our machine, because the hot water hose is leaky and the cold water hose doesn't work at all. I don't bother ironing, all my clothes are for work or college, so it doesn't matter either way

Psyc a man should always know how to iron,
because its the most horrable and painstaking chore there is,
...
what i mean is... er...
its a manly thing to do

Well Anth has to wash and iron her own kit whan she joins the Navy, but her Nurses uniform gets washed by the laundrey, My ex hubby used to do all my ironing his dad, an ex Flight Sergent taught him so if a rugby playing biker can Iron I don't see why most me can't

old style, its an iron brick heated over a fire so don't drop it on your foot, it might burn it off
new style, a thingy with water that makes steam, but don't drop it on your foot, it will crush your tendons, and we all know how tedius that is

I had to iron some of my costume myself the other day, but for every other time my grandma did it. I can do t-shirts and can sorta do shirts and pants, but not very well...

A friend of mine is making me a cloak. It would be a pain to iron, but I think I would rather spend the $4 to have it dry-cleaned anyway, like I do with my trench coats
