I have a question. What do you do if you forget how to access an acount? I set up U201116 before I set up this name, but I forgot its login name and password. Is there some way to get BBC to email them to the email address I gave them when I set up U201116?

Yup!
Try emailing [email protected] from the account you used to set up the first one. Give them the researcher number and all that jazz.
