I cannot think of what to say
on what the weather could be.
I hope to have a small soiree
and to plant my Scots Pine tree.
I hope there will be a seasonable Yule
and that it will be a memorable one.
I will be making spiced fruit fool
along with a giant iced bun.
Don't know what to eat for the big day
will it be steaks or a lovely roast.
There will be a scrumptious buffet
and for breakfast cinnamon toast.

I dreamt that I lived in an ideal home
where there was a room for every desire.
A garden summer house topped with a dome
where we could hear the church's choir.
In our family home we had a sauna
along with pantry, larder and scullery rooms,
The laundry room was decorated with flora and fauna.
We had plants indoors along with roses that are in full bloom.
The kitchen even had a fridge and freezer room
along with a utility room and a wine cellar in the basement.
There was a room to spin wool and to weave it on a loom
and a new hobby room and repair room which was filled with a lovely scent.
At the bottom of the back garden was white sand beach
that was at least two miles in width which glistened in the sun.
There was a garden meeting room which acted as a local outreach
where we shared our memories of the time we took part in a fun run.

The dawn rises on another day
to the promise of a better tomorrow.
Hear the morning song of the Jay
that sits on the barrow with the sparrow.
Don't let dismay overcome you
as tomorrow will be a better day.
We will all pull through
as we let our positivity hold sway.

Simba
Simba is an inquisitive cat
that loves to limber.
My bed is his perfect habitat
where he sleeps and purrs.
Simba abhors the sound of fireworks
which causes him a lot of distress.
It also is one of my pet irks
which I am unable to suppress.
I have double glazed windows
but Simba and I can still hear the noise.
Even when the wind blows
as the fireworks are used as toys.

The cottage by the sea
There is a seaside home
which looks out to the ocean.
The sight of the seas foam
with it's waves set in motion.
The white sands are soft
and are pebble free.
There is a near by croft
which grows a lonely rowan tree.
It is a four bedroom cottage
that looks out to sea.
There is an owl that screeches
as it flies over to the quay.
At the front of my abode
I have a hallway and cloakroom.
There time has gently slowed
especially when working on my loom.
My parents are coming down the garden path
along with Jock our family dog playing with Simba .
It has a pet fountain and shower along with a bath
which smells of pine fir, frankincense and myrrh.
I had a wonderful family get-together
as my sisters and their families were visiting me too.
They were greeted with bouquets of lavender and heather
and pints of home brew beer along with butter bean stew.

Please do, paulh!
I have been thinking of opening a journals with poems of my own. We'll see.
I have also found a very interesting one that I intend to translate into English.
Not here, though. I see this as Roasa's private thread.

The Time Lord Superhero
I dreamt that I had became a Gallifreyan
where my two hearts beat as one.
I can do the splits and dance the Can Can
which is a whole lot of fun.
I can run fast as the speed of light
as well as being to control space, time and reality.
I run so fast that I can give people a fright
especially when I am having a shopping spree.
I also have weather and climate control superpowers
that can create seasonable weather at the right time.
I can even create Ents, wildlife friendly trees and flowers
reduce crime and rhyme verses at the canonical hour of Prime.
I even grew my T.A.R.D.I.S using my willpower and imagination
and create DC and Marvel superheroes that work together.
The world of Harry Potter and Middle Earth which causes much elation
as they both blether about the weather and clouds shaped like a feather.

Thank you Paul and Dmitri
and Simba says thanks too.
He is feeling carefree
after vet vaccine rendezvous.
Simba was very stressed going to the vet
but now he is at complete ease.
He does not have to fret as he is a sweet pet
who is the bees knees and loves to tease.

{Thank you, Dmitri, Simba lifted his head when I mentioned TJ and Molly's names.
My dream last night
Once the world was a lot bigger
but a slice of it span out to outer space.
No-one found what the trigger
and what happened to the homo-reptilian race.
Rumour had it, that it attached to another planet
where it joined together to make one large new world.
It was a new home where they had no regrets
as they set to have their dreams unfurled.
Several thousand million years have passed
when another chunk of planet earth came to join them.
They came with sandy beaches and ships that have a mast
where they march to the beat of their own drum.
