I'm quite happy when it's quiet
In solitude or in a riot
For i know a calm oasis
You lost for words Lil ? Oh no way sis !

To think to say today
Tommorrow is long away
How about this for a while
Sure i might call it a big pile
but maybe a pile of usefull goods
Like a stack of usefull books
Who says thats enough of for a ryhme
Everythiung in life dosent add up sometime
Do i chime?

what should i do
what should i do?
i'm lost
feel tossed
small craft
on the surf
storm waves
for days
set adfift
broke free
the sea
breeze , easy
calm and flat
what, should i do

When life gets rough and tosses you
around, you know not what to do.
Head for a cove, and inlet safe
where winds and sea and fears won't chafe.
Just take the time to sit a while
and ponder on what makes you smile
'cause that's what makes us who we are
and touches hearts both near and far;
and keeps us warm when we are cold;
and lets us handle getting old.
So when life gets rough and tosses you
around - you now know what to do.

A smile is medicine
A cuddle does cure
A pair of arms , alms
A quiet moment
My spirits gently lift
Like each raised corner
Of my cheerful upperlip
Friendships warm potion
Stills all uncertainty
Now i know what to do
Thank You

Amazing grace how sweet the sound
Always resumes poetry
I once was lost but now im found
Bright days now thanks Fizzy
T'was Grace that taught my heart to fear
And Grace my fears relieved
Though i be dead one hundred year
I'll not forget Lil eithe'

Our lives get busy, pull and tug
For our attention, even Lil's rug
Demands our time and distracts us
But we are around, just in a fuss.
So if you need us make a post
And I'll come running, being the host..ess
Poems we'll make to pass the time
And joy we'll share - that's not a crime.
This little corner of hootoo
Belongs to all - that's me and you
To drop in when the time permits
To exchange thoughts and test our wits.

i turned a round to see you there
sitting on a carpet wondering what to wear
i grab my jeans i grab my shirt
i grab my coat and when to work
i wanted to say hello to you all
but you dont know me at all
so the time as come to say good bye
please say hello or your make me cry.

Flyingfireballxl5,
It's good to see someone alive,
Especially at this time so dour,
Which in the UK is an early hour,
So greetings airborne flaming one,
A fan of Gerry Anderson?
No matter one way or the other,
My drink's run out, I'll pour another,
And yes, that could be ill advised,
But what the hell, it's Friday night,
Or it was a few short hours ago,
Saturday morn now makes itself known.
Fuzzy I will surely be,
As Saturday envelops me,
And dawn's blue light through curtains creeps,
As I neglect the going to sleep.

enjoy your drink and have some more
then you will end up on the floor
and if you do please be sure to
bark and hail at the moon
and when your done and you feel tired
lie right down and sleep for hours

I feel the sleep is getting close,
For there's less than I thought of the Coke,
Which means this JD's rather strong,
And I'm too drunk to be here long,
Hot Fuzz might keep me awake,
The extras disc, which is rather great,
But I might pass out while watching it,
And wake to the repeating loop of the menu title screen music looping over and over and over and over and over...

you will know by now that i'm not a poet
so i will let you go to your bed
sleep it off and rest your head.
see you around fly.
